We are currently seeking a meticulous and professional Construction Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial and project management processes, ensuring accurate cost control and efficient project delivery.

As a Construction Quantity Surveyor at Vibe Development, you will work closely with our project managers, architects, and contractors to prepare and maintain accurate cost plans, schedules, and reports. You will also conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets. With your expertise in cost management and project control, you will play a crucial role in delivering our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate cost plans, schedules, and reports using software like Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.
• Analyze and interpret cost data to identify potential cost savings and risk areas.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely project information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in construction quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction quantity surveying, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in using construction software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cost management techniques and project control processes.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and the ability to work in Bali.
