📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and secure land-related aspects for the organization, including acquisition, leasing, and disposal.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Land Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land affairs, land management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in land acquisition, leasing, and disposal.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using land management software such as Landstar and ArcGIS.
