📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands, to ensure optimal performance.
• Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, supplies, and other necessary items.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, including coffee machines and equipment, to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are readily available for use.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our coffee offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume café or restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Certification in coffee brewing or barista training is a significant advantage.
