📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and execute test plans for hardware products, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all specified requirements.
• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing to identify and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze test requirements and specifications.
• Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing.
• Use JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail to manage and track test cases and defects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Appium.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for identified defects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software or hardware testing, with a focus on product validation.
• Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail for test management and tracking.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Appium is a plus.
• Strong understanding of hardware testing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
