📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Develop and manage employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Collaborate with the HR team to create and deliver workshops and seminars
• Analyze training needs and develop action plans to address them
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Provide guidance and support to employees throughout their career development journey

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital Development or a similar role
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office, and other relevant HR tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
