• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and personalized service.
• Manage client portfolios using Salesforce and CRM systems to track policies, renewals, and client needs.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales campaigns and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a related field in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and CRM systems for client management.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a plus, but English proficiency is required for client interactions.
