📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hotel facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to guest services.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they occur.
• Work with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to hotel facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support to housekeeping and front desk staff regarding facility-related issues.
• Participate in regular training and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Engineering Technician or similar role.
• Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems (e.g., Master Electrician, Master Plumber, or HVAC Technician).
• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM 360.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
