📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job postings, interviews, and hiring processes for various positions within the company.
• Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, working towards resolutions that benefit both the company and the employees.
• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
