In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support for our managed services, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide Level 1 support for managed services, including troubleshooting and resolving system and network issues.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.,Document and maintain system configurations and procedures for future reference.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality managed services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance our managed services.,Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.,Provide training and support to junior engineers to foster a strong team culture.,Work closely with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or a related role.,Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and cloud technologies.,Familiarity with managed service level agreements (SLAs) and service level management.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
