As a Senior Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth cash handling processes.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong understanding of sales and cash handling procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage cash handling processes, including opening and closing registers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of sales and financial transactions.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Provide support to the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cash handling roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.
