📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental and company-wide hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the job.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate assessments.,Maintain a strong understanding of the labor market and industry trends to identify top talent.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Provide feedback and coaching to junior recruiters to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Experience in managing a team of recruiters is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
