📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage inventory levels to ensure products are well-stocked and displayed according to company standards.,Train and mentor junior sales associates to ensure consistent performance and customer service standards.,Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional activities to drive sales growth.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Excellent knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
