📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer service and product quality.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular audits to assess branch performance and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent Fresh Mart Mandiri at industry events and conferences.,Ensure the branch meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
