You'll use advanced tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions. Your work will directly impact the company's bottom line and contribute to a more efficient, environmentally friendly food production process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct root cause analysis and process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Create and maintain process documentation to standardize operations and ensure consistency.
• Train and mentor team members on new processes and improvement techniques.
• Monitor and measure the impact of improvement initiatives to ensure continuous progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across the organization.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in agronomy operations.
• Report on project progress and results to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations improvement, process optimization, or related roles.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong understanding of agronomy industrial processes and food production.
• Proficient in using process improvement tools and software such as Minitab, Excel, and Visio.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
