📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and technologies.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license or certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
