📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote financing products for new and used vehicles (Roda 2/Roda 4).
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports to the management.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and software, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Certification in digital marketing or financial services is a plus.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
