Data Crown Corporindo is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to logistics staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective shipping services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics management principles and best practices.,Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
