📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from guests and other departments.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.,Lead and supervise receptionist staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for guest transportation.
