📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.,Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.,Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).,Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.,Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
