PT Pratama Usaha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Salatiga. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure our products and services remain competitive.,Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
