In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied with their living experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties,Ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet all safety and regulatory requirements,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work,Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner,Monitor and manage property finances, including rent collection and budgeting,Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vacancies and attract new tenants,Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field,Strong knowledge of local regulations and laws governing the property management industry,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with property management software and systems is a plus,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
