📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Administrate payroll and benefits,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Manage employee attendance and leave requests,Provide general HR support and advice to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
