📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teacher in planning and delivering lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Prepare and grade assignments and exams.,Organize and maintain classroom materials and resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Support the main teacher in managing classroom discipline.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new teachers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification (if required by local regulations).,Experience in working with diverse student populations is a plus.
