📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management and stock control.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.,Monitor sales performance and report to the store manager.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store management.,Proven ability to manage inventory and stock control.,Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
