📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the company's transformation strategy, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve mining operations, including the adoption of new technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and social regulations, and drive initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of mining activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, encouraging employees to develop new skills and share best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and develop strategies to position the company as a leader in the mining industry.
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team, ensuring that the company's transformation initiatives are aligned with its overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining industry, with a proven track record of driving transformation and innovation.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Proven experience in managing large, complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with mining regulations, environmental standards, and social responsibility initiatives.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel extensively, including to international locations.
