📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the category management and business development strategies for iShopChangi, ensuring that our retail offerings meet the diverse needs of our customers.
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and retail partners to develop and implement innovative retail concepts that enhance the shopping experience for our passengers.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new retail categories and products.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of our retail operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of retail initiatives with the overall airport operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in retail and e-commerce.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the retail team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, category management, or business development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and retail partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
