📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during and after training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Report on training program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours when required.
