📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure and road upgrading projects.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.,Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in infrastructure and road upgrading projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
