Shop Moon Cemerlang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel management.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing measures to reduce expenses without compromising performance.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.,Provide training and support to junior staff to ensure they understand fleet management best practices.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of cost-saving initiatives in fleet management.,Valid driver's license and experience driving company vehicles.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Sumatera Utara.
