📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of waiters to ensure efficient and effective service.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Monitor food and beverage inventory to ensure adequate supplies and timely restocking.,Train and develop new waiters to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and complaints professionally and resolve them to the satisfaction of the guests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including table setting, plating, and presentation.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including trays, dishes, and equipment.
