We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team at CV Teratai Damar in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, and for ensuring that our laboratory complies with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including sample collection, testing, and result reporting.,Ensure that all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently, and that results are reported in a timely manner.,Train and mentor junior technicians, and ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.,Ensure that the laboratory complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including those set by the government and industry organizations.,Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that our laboratory is able to meet the needs of our clients.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, and ensure that it is in good working order.,Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years of experience as a lead technician.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and technologies, including those used in clinical, forensic, or environmental testing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.,Experience with quality control procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as those set by the government and industry organizations.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
