PT Firdaus Karya is seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal control systems and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas of strength and improvement.,Identifying and recommending corrective actions to address any deficiencies or risks identified during audits.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a thorough understanding of business processes and controls.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and corrective actions.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control systems and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of internal control systems and auditing standards (GAAP, IFRS, or equivalent).,Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
