📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field surveys to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
• Visit properties to gather data and evaluate potential opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to the team, outlining findings and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Use GPS and mapping software to track and document survey locations.
• Stay updated with local regulations and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Ensure all surveys are completed efficiently and accurately, meeting project deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geography, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Surveyor or similar role.
• Proficient in using GPS devices, mapping software (e.g., Google Earth, AutoCAD), and surveying tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and market trends in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
