📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience for all guests.
• Manage and process customer orders accurately and promptly, working closely with the kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Promote our menu items and specials to customers, upselling when appropriate.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant service role, preferably in a similar establishment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
