Manage and execute telemarketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement,Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing customers,Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely responses and follow-through,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers,Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer feedback,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
