📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Deliver food and drinks to the table in a timely manner.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.,Handle customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.,Promote our menu items and specials to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus.,Basic knowledge of English is preferred.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time and handle physical tasks.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check.
