📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage target audiences.,Create and schedule social media posts, including graphics, videos, and infographics.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Proficient in using social media analytics tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual appeal.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
